Three numbers, one quote.
There is no per-seat penalty for adding contractors, auditors, or short-term project staff. The quote is built from your real capacity needs, agreed up front, and locked.

- The number of concurrent projects we expect you to run. Sized at contract start; adjustable annually with no surprise overage fees.
- Storage
- Total platform storage including attachments, audit logs, and backups. Most customers stay well below their contracted tier.
- Automations
- Monthly automation runs across the workspace. The vast majority of customers never approach the contracted ceiling.
- Multi-year discounts
- Two- and three-year contracts come with locked pricing and an 8–15% discount depending on commitment length.

Why only one plan?
We tried tiered self-serve pricing on prior products. For project-execution workloads at the scale our customers run, the conversation always landed on identity, residency, audit, and migration — Enterprise topics. We removed the tier ladder so the conversation starts where it actually has to.
How is Enterprise pricing structured?
Capacity-based: total active projects, storage, and contracted automations. No per-seat fee. Quoted in USD or CAD. Multi-year contracts are common and come with locked pricing.
Is there a pilot or proof-of-concept option?
Yes. We typically run a 2–4 week paid pilot scoped to one program, with your real data and your templates. Pilot fees are credited toward the first year of an Enterprise contract if you proceed.
What does "hands-on migration" actually look like?
A solutions architect is assigned to your account. They map your current source — Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira — into Project Drive templates, run the migration, validate it with your team, and stay involved through go-live. Typical first-portfolio migration is 4–8 weeks.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes, at any time. Self-serve export of all projects, tasks, attachments, custom fields, and audit log in CSV, JSON, and Parquet. Enterprise customers can schedule automated exports to S3, Azure Blob, or GCS.
Are training and onboarding included?
Yes. Enterprise includes admin training, end-user enablement sessions, and a documentation handoff. Ongoing training is available through your CSM.
What payment methods do you accept?
Invoiced payment via wire, EFT, or PO with net-30 terms. Credit-card billing available on request. Multi-currency billing on request.
Do you have a non-profit or educational discount?
Yes. Registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions are eligible for a 30% discount. Contact sales for verification.
What happens if our usage outgrows the contract?
Nothing breaks. We notify your billing contact and prorate the additional capacity at your contracted rate. No automatic upgrades, no surprise overage fees.
Do you have a deployment option that runs entirely in our cloud?
Yes — for Enterprise customers in regulated industries. We deploy a managed instance into your AWS, Azure, or GCP account, operated by our SRE team under a custom MSA. Talk to sales for the technical details.
